Our team will follow up with instructions on how to pay your deposit to reserve your seat, along with guidance to complete your application.
If you only paid a deposit to secure your booking, you will receive WhatsApp reminders about the due date of the rest of your payment. Usually, final payments are due no later than 1 month before the start date of the programs.
Yes, you can book in installments. Once you’ve paid your deposit, simply WhatsApp us the amount of the balance you’d like to pay, and we will send you a payment link. You can make payments whenever you like, but please ensure the total amount is paid at least 30 days before the trip starts.
Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality. For many destinations, travelers may be eligible for a visa on arrival, while others may require you to apply for a visa online in advance. Please ensure that the purpose of your trip is clearly stated as tourism during the application process.
If you're unsure about the visa requirements for your destination, feel free to contact us for assistance. However, please note that obtaining a visa and covering any associated fees are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
International flights to and from your destination are not included in the package. However, internal flights where applicable as outlined in the trip manual are covered in the total cost.
